Environmental Licensing
Environmental
licensing is an essential step in the successful
establishment and sustainable management of a wide range of
commercial operations and urban development projects.
Without a license under the Environmental Protection Act, a
project will not receive approval under the Integrated
Planning Act, and will not be permitted to operate.
As
well as the legislative necessity of environmental
licensing, there is an undeniable need for companies to
prove their environmental credentials in today's market
place, and even more importantly, to be a good neighbour in
their communities.
